April 23, 1912: In service Eng. 18, Mt. Elliott & Sylvester Aves. Shop #234. History of this rig by Clarence Woodard. Oct. 24, 1914: DFD Shops-New connecting rod, repaired steering arm & rods, replaced front & rear springs. Returned to service Oct. 31. Dec. 4, 1914: DFD Shops-New universal joint & drive shaft, brake drums & levers, radiator joints, jack shafts, and speedometer. Dec. 24: DFD Shops-New steering-post bearing plate. Returned to service. Dec. 29. New 40" x 6" solid tires, leather foot for pump lever. Jan. 18, 1915: Cracked pump crankcase repaired. Feb. 3, 1915: DFD Shops-Refaced pump valves, new springs, repaired drive shaft pump coupling, repaired carburetor. Returned to service Feb. 9. April 8, 1915: DFD Shops-New timing bevel gears, reground motor valves, new rocker arm rollers. Repaired division rod in steering arm, relined brake drums, repaired intake manifold and radiator-water manifold, emergency brake lever, Delco chain, magneto. Rewired motor. In service April 23. May 6, 1915: DFD Shops-Repaired radiator circulating pipe, universal coupling for pump drive. New 40" x 6" tire. Returned to service May 7. May 15, 1915: DFD Shops-Repaired broken water pmp. Returned to service May 17. June 11, 1915: DFD Shops-New rear radius rod, straightened bumper. Returned to service June 12. June 23, 1915: DFD Shops-Repaired radiator and cracked engine crankcase. Reset rear axle hub. July 1, 1915: DFD Shops-Sewell cushion wheels. Aug. 23, 1915: DFD Shops-two new connecting rod bearings, re-ground valves, replaced valve lifters, 6 new piston rings, cleaned crankcase and carbon in cylinders, new bolt in spring for division rod on steering arm. Returned to service Aug. 31. Sept. 24, 1915: Carburetor , intake manifold re-paired, took up connecting rod/bearing slack, ad-justed drive chain/foot brakes. In service Sept. 28. Oct. 22, 1915: DFD Shops-Ground intake/exhaust valves, new cam keys & pins, repaired carburetor. Returned to service Oct. 29. Replaced steering post. Nov. 18, 1915: DFD Shops repaired speedometer. Dec. 31, 1915: DFD Shops-Recovered clutch, 12 new exhaust valve springs, new key in drive shaft universal coupling to keep Delco chain in line. Returned to service Jan. 5, 1916. 1937: Traded-in to Seagrave, Columbus, OH
